Thanks to the invitation of ASTT – Swiss Association of Transmission Troops (Ticino) we supported the HB4FG call in the
Swiss Emergency Contest 2024.
The day took place at the Forte Olimpio in Magadino, where there was a special opening day for the beautiful museum.
For our part, we had identified and reported to the DCS and WCA managers the existence of a fort about 400 metres from Forte Olimpio. They accredited us with the
Artillery Fort, Magadino with the reference DCS-TI086 / WCA HB-00939, which became New One for the occasion.
It was a wonderful day for us, which allowed us to introduce the curious and interested alike to our activities, but also to meet friends and fellow OMs.
